1.Public preview and service scope

These use conditions describe AURQENA AI's public, non-commercial preview at www.aurqena.com. No subscription charge, affiliate payout or native-app purchase is offered as part of this preview. This page does not record acceptance on your behalf, establish a trading-account relationship or waive rights available under applicable law. Contact support@aurqena.com with questions.

AURQENA AI provides market intelligence, analysis, educational content and optional trading-behaviour coaching. Feature availability depends on your account permissions, release and connected services. A demo, prototype, historical result or local preview is not proof that a feature is live.

2.Trading risk and limits of analysis

Trading can result in substantial losses. AURQENA's analysis, signals, risk flags, discipline scores and AI explanations are informational decision-support tools, not a guarantee of a profitable outcome or a substitute for independent judgement and appropriately qualified advice.

A discipline score describes the behaviour measured by the configured rules; it is not a win probability, credit rating or prediction of future returns. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. Verify prices, timestamps, broker conditions and risk limits before making your own decision.

AI-generated text can be inaccurate or omit important context. Neither a confident explanation nor the absence of an alert means a trade is suitable or safe.

3.Read-only connections and coaching

The MT5/Copilot integration described here reads permitted trading information to explain behaviour and identify rule-based issues. It is not a broker, custody service or trade-execution service. It does not place, modify or close your orders.

Coaching suggestions and cooling-off prompts are educational guidance. They do not prevent you from trading in your broker terminal and do not impose an account lock at the broker. Use only accounts and information that you own or are authorized to connect.

Disconnection stops the relevant access or ingestion process; it does not automatically erase previously retained information. See the Privacy Policy for the difference between snapshot review and stored real-time coaching state.

4.Account and acceptable-use responsibilities

Use this preview only if you are an adult and permitted to do so under applicable law. Use accurate account details, protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share verification codes or give other people access to an account you are not authorized to manage.

• Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, subscription permissions or security checks.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful material, or another person's confidential account information without authority.
• Do not present AURQENA output as guaranteed performance, licensed advice or an executed broker order.
• Respect applicable law and the rights and licence restrictions of market-data and content providers.

5.Availability and third-party services

Hosting, market data, authentication, email, AI and device speech features depend on service providers and connectivity. An integration may be unavailable or intentionally disabled when required data, permissions or configuration are missing. The preview may change, be paused or be withdrawn; it has no promised uptime or response time.

Google sign-in is separate from broker access. A web OAuth setup does not by itself enable native Android or iPhone sign-in, notifications, purchases or an app-store release. Your broker and other third-party services operate under their own terms.

6.Plans, payments and content

This preview does not establish a refund policy, affiliate commission promise or native-app purchase arrangement. A visible plan or affiliate screen is not confirmation that a payment or payout integration is active. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, taxes, refunds and commercial operator information must be disclosed separately before any paid service is offered.

Use content and market data only within the permissions of the applicable service and its providers. Third-party names and marks identify their respective services and do not imply endorsement of AURQENA.

7.Changes, support and account requests

Contact support@aurqena.com for service questions, account access issues or information requests. Requests involving an account may require identity verification. Do not send authentication codes, trading passwords or API secrets.

Access may be restricted when needed to investigate abuse, protect accounts or operate the preview safely. You can stop using the preview and request account closure through support. Material changes to these use conditions will be reflected on this page. These preview conditions do not specify mandatory arbitration, a monetary liability cap, or a waiver of statutory rights; they do not replace additional information required before a commercial launch.
